| Information Sheet for Oil-Water Separator Collection Cup/Transparent Filter Cup | |
| Item | Specification |
| Name | Oil-Water Separator Water Collection Cup / Transparent Filter Cup |
| Number | 612600081322 |
| Material | Reinforced transparent polycarbonate (corrosion resistant, high pressure resistant, aging resistant) |
| Installation Location | Bottom of fuel coarse filter (diesel filter) |
| Structure | With a bottom-mounted manual drain valve (drain knob) |
| Temperature Range | -40°C to +120°C |
| Main Functions | Collects water and impurities separated from diesel fuel and provides a water level observation window. |
| Center Thread | Standard M80×2.5 (for connecting the filter element) or a dedicated large-diameter thread determined according to the matching filter element model. |
| Bottom Drain Valve Interface | Commonly used specifications are M10×1.5 or M12×1.5 (for installing a manual drain bolt or electronic sensor). |
| Sealing Ring Specifications | Matching oil-resistant fluororubber (Viton) or nitrile rubber (NBR) O-rings to ensure 100% airtightness and prevent air from entering the fuel system. |

Performance Features
Transparent and Visual: Allows operators to observe the water level and impurities in the fuel at any time.
High Weather Resistance: Optimized for extremely cold and hot regions to prevent cracking caused by drastic temperature changes.
Sealing: Equipped with a high-specification sealing ring (usually included with the fuel cup) to ensure no air or fuel leakage under high-pressure fuel systems.
Usage and Maintenance Precautions
1. Regular Drainage: When the water level in the transparent cup reaches the mark or exceeds 1/3 of the total capacity, the drain valve at the bottom must be rotated to drain the water.
2. Do Not Overtighten: When installing or replacing the filter element, only tighten the water collection cup by hand. Overusing a wrench or tightening with excessive force may damage the plastic threads or crack the cup body.
3. Prevent Fuel Contamination: If the water collection cup appears cloudy, has residue clinging to the walls, or has a large amount of black sediment, it indicates extremely poor fuel quality, and the filter element must be replaced immediately.
4. Check the Sealing Ring: Each time you clean or replace the filter element, you must check whether the sealing ring at the cup opening is flat. A poor seal can cause air to enter the system, resulting in difficulty starting the engine or loss of power.
5. Winter Freeze Prevention: In extremely cold regions, be sure to drain any accumulated water promptly to prevent the water inside the cup from freezing and cracking the cup body.
