Performance Characteristics
Vibration Isolation: Effectively isolates complex vibrations from the chassis, reducing driver fatigue during long-distance driving.
Stability: Optimizes cab sway on bumpy roads or during sharp turns, protecting delicate instruments and electronic equipment inside the vehicle.
Durability: Designed for harsh working conditions (such as mining dump trucks), featuring excellent heat dissipation and long-life seals.
Usage Precautions
Pressure Check: The airbag needs to be connected to the air system. Before use, check the air pressure to ensure it is normal. Avoid bearing weight when there is no air pressure or the air pressure is too low to prevent the airbag from folding and being damaged.
Installation Requirements: A torque wrench (usually involving a 17mm to 21mm socket) must be used during installation, and tightening must be strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specified torque.
Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the mud, sand, and oil stains from the surface of the airbag to prevent air leakage due to corrosion or mechanical friction.
Pair Replacement: It is recommended to replace the left and right shock absorbers simultaneously to ensure the cab is balanced and avoid secondary damage caused by uneven stress.
