Performance Characteristics
Shock Absorption and Cushioning: Absorbs impacts and rebound vibrations transmitted from the road surface to the cab, significantly improving driving comfort.
Reduced Fatigue: By optimizing damping characteristics, it reduces cab swaying and noise during long-distance driving, alleviating driver fatigue.
Stability: Enhances cab stability on corners or bumpy roads, protecting internal electronic components and interior trim.
Usage Precautions
Replace in Pairs: To ensure the cab's left-right balance, it is recommended to replace the left and right shock absorbers simultaneously to avoid cab tilting due to inconsistent damping forces.
Check for Oil Leaks: During routine maintenance, check the shock absorber body for hydraulic oil leaks. Leaks will rapidly reduce damping performance.
Bushing Inspection: During installation, check the end rubber bushings for aging or cracking. Replace them along with the shock absorbers if necessary to eliminate abnormal noise.
Installation Torque: Bolts must be tightened to the manufacturer's specified torque to prevent wear on the mounting holes or bolt breakage due to loosening.
