High-temperature resistant friction materials: Liners are typically made of non-graphite organic (NAO) or semi-metallic materials, maintaining a stable coefficient of friction under the high temperatures generated by frequent downhill braking, reducing heat fade.
High-strength steel horseshoes: The horseshoe body is reinforced, possessing extremely strong resistance to deformation, ensuring uniform contact between the shoe surface and the drum wall under immense braking pressure.
Precise heat dissipation groove design: The liner surface usually features heat dissipation and chip removal grooves, helping to reduce operating temperature and remove wear-generated debris.

The brake shoe is a core component of the drum braking system, consisting of an arc-shaped steel shoe and high-friction brake linings.
Compatible Brands: Primarily used in the rear axle systems of 13-ton and above heavy-duty trucks from major Chinese brands such as Dongfeng and Shacman.
Structural Composition: It adopts a semi-circular arc design, installed inside the brake drum, and expands outward to contact the inner wall of the brake drum through the thrust of a cam or brake caliper.

When replacing brake shoes, it is generally recommended to simultaneously check or replace the following hardware kit components to ensure braking performance:
Brake shoe return spring: Used to pull the brake shoes back to their original position after braking to prevent dragging.
Roller and pin: Key load-bearing components connecting the brake cam; must be kept lubricated and free from excessive wear.
Brake pads: If the brake shoes are intact, only the pads can be replaced by riveting.
