This fuel filter is an original parts of Shacman, core-compatible with 4 mainstream heavy-duty truck models of Shacman Delong: X3000, X5000, X6000 and M3000S. It is exclusively adapted to Weichai WP10.5H, WP12, WP13 series National V/VI engines equipped on above models, and also compatible with Shacman Xuande X6, X9 models with the same engines. As the core filtration component of the fuel supply system, it is suitable for all working conditions like long-distance logistics, fresh produce transportation and engineering heavy load.
1. High-Precision Filtration: Filtration accuracy up to 5μm, can efficiently filter out impurities, moisture and colloid in fuel, prevent particles from entering engine injectors and oil pumps, avoid wear and jamming of precision components, and ensure the cleanliness of fuel supply.
2. Exclusive for National VI Engines: Optimized for National VI engine high-pressure common rail system, with high pressure resistance and corrosion resistance, adapted to National VI fuel emission standards. It effectively protects the after-treatment system and avoids emission exceeding and fault light on caused by fuel impurities.
3. Excellent Temperature Resistance & Anti-Aging: Shell made of thickened cold-rolled steel plate, seals made of oil-resistant nitrile rubber; withstand extreme temperature range from -40℃ to 120℃, fuel corrosion resistant and anti-aging, no leakage risk, suitable for complex working conditions.
4. Long Service Life: OEM filter element adopts high-efficiency filter paper, dirt holding capacity up to 120g; service life reaches 15,000 km/3 months under normal conditions, it is recommended to replace every 10,000 km/2 months for National VI models, meeting high-intensity operation needs of heavy-duty trucks.
