This axle housing is rigidly mounted on both sides of the core longitudinal beam of the chassis, directly between the truck's middle and rear axles, serving as the "main pivot base" for the entire rear suspension system.
Physical Assembly Location: It is securely fastened to the vehicle's chassis frame beam using high-strength, large-diameter balance shaft U-bolts (such as U-bolts). Two balance shaft copper bushings are press-fitted inside the axle housing, running transversely through the central axle.
Physical Force Application: Vertical Load Transmission: The weight of tens of tons of cargo from the upper cargo box or saddle is directly pressed onto the balance shaft housing via leaf springs, and then evenly and vertically distributed downwards to the wheels of the middle and rear axles.
Swing Displacement Compensation: When the truck's rear dual axles traverse uneven rocky roads or large potholes, the middle and rear axles will bounce upwards or downwards respectively. At this time, the balance shaft housings on both sides twist and lever-like swing around the central axle, ensuring that all rear wheels remain in contact with the ground, preventing axle slippage or derailment.
